1. General Information

RocketCloud provides access to cloud gaming sessions. By using RocketCloud, you acknowledge the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

RocketCloud collects only the minimum amount of information required to authenticate users, verify game ownership, provide access to the service, process payments, and respond to support requests.

2. Information We Process

• Email address — used to sign in with a one-time verification code, communicate with support, and receive notifications specifically requested by the user.
• Gaming account identifiers from Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, and PlayStation — used to verify that the user owns or is licensed to access a selected game.
• Service access information — including the selected access period, expiration date, and payment status.
• Support communications — including messages and information voluntarily submitted to RocketCloud.
• Game availability notification requests — including games for which the user has requested a notification.

3. Authentication and Gaming Platforms

RocketCloud authentication is performed using a one-time code sent to the user's email address. RocketCloud does not require users to create or store a separate password.

Before starting a game, RocketCloud uses the identifier of the connected gaming account to verify whether the required game licence is available on that account. Access to a gaming session is granted only after ownership or licence availability has been confirmed.

RocketCloud does not receive or store passwords for Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, or PlayStation accounts. Only the account identifiers required for licence verification are stored.

RocketCloud does not collect game libraries, friend lists, account balances, messages, achievements, or other gaming platform profile information.

4. Gaming Sessions and Input Devices

RocketCloud does not store the content of gaming sessions, gameplay recordings, keyboard input, mouse movements, or commands from connected controllers.

Keyboard, mouse, and controller commands are processed only while an active gaming session is running and are not stored after the session ends.

RocketCloud does not store game progress, achievements, save files, or other in-game data. Such information may be stored directly by the relevant gaming platform or game publisher under their own privacy policies and terms.

RocketCloud does not store device identifiers in the user's profile or use device information for advertising or profiling.

5. Payments

RocketCloud does not receive or store complete payment card details, including the full card number, expiration date, or security code.

Payments provide access to RocketCloud for the period selected by the user. RocketCloud does not use automatic subscription renewals or recurring automatic charges.

When the paid access period ends, the user may choose whether to purchase another access period. No payment is taken without a new action initiated by the user.

RocketCloud may store limited payment-related information such as the purchased access period, transaction status, amount, date, and transaction reference where required to confirm access.

6. How We Use Information

Information is used only for the following purposes:

• creating and maintaining a user profile;
• authenticating users through email verification codes;
• verifying ownership or licensing of games;
• providing access to cloud gaming sessions;
• recording the duration of paid service access;
• processing and responding to support requests;
• maintaining the security and stability of the service;
• preventing fraud and misuse of RocketCloud;
• sending notifications specifically requested by the user.

7. Cookies and Technical Sessions

RocketCloud does not use advertising or analytics cookies to track users, build advertising profiles, or display personalised advertisements.

Strictly necessary technical session mechanisms may be used to keep users signed in, protect accounts, and provide the core functionality of the service. These mechanisms are not used for advertising.

8. Notifications and Emails

RocketCloud does not send unsolicited bulk marketing emails.

Users may request a notification when a specific game becomes available in the RocketCloud catalogue. Such notifications are sent only in response to the user's request.

Users may cancel a notification request at any time by contacting support.

RocketCloud may also send essential service messages, including authentication codes, security notices, responses to support requests, and information related to purchased access.

9. Sharing of Information

RocketCloud does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with advertising companies.

Gaming account identifiers may be used when communicating with the relevant gaming platform solely to verify whether the user has the required licence for a selected game.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a court order, or a legally binding request from an authorised public authority.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

User profile information is retained while the user actively uses RocketCloud or while a paid access period remains active.

A profile may be considered inactive when the user has not signed in for more than one year.

A profile will not be deleted due to inactivity while the user still has an active paid access period, including a prepaid long-term access period.

Users may request the deletion of their profile and associated information at any time. Deletion requests are processed within 72 hours after the request has been received and verified.

Certain limited records may be retained for a longer period where required by law, necessary to resolve a payment dispute, prevent fraud, or protect the legitimate rights of RocketCloud and its users.

11. Age Requirements

RocketCloud does not collect identity documents or independently verify the age of users.

Access to a specific game is granted only after the availability of the required game licence has been confirmed through the connected gaming account.

Users are responsible for complying with the age restrictions applicable to each game, the rules of the relevant gaming platform, and the laws of their country of residence.

Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required under applicable law, the user must obtain that consent before using RocketCloud.

12. User Rights

Users may:

• request information about the data associated with their profile;
• request the correction of inaccurate information;
• cancel previously requested game notifications;
• disconnect a linked gaming account;
• request the deletion of their profile and associated information;
• contact support regarding the processing of their information.

13. Data Security

RocketCloud uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

No method of transmitting or storing information can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for protecting access to their email addresses and connected gaming accounts.

14. Third-Party Services

RocketCloud may contain connections to or interact with third-party gaming platforms and payment services.

These third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms. RocketCloud is not responsible for information independently collected or processed by those third parties.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RocketCloud may update this Privacy Policy when the functionality of the service, the way information is processed, or applicable legal requirements change.

The current version of this Privacy Policy will always be published on this page. The date of the latest update is displayed at the top of the page.
